Youth Program, taught by certified and experienced teachers with a passion
for making a difference offers an entire range of classes for children ages 3
- 14 in an enriching and safe environment. Through fun and challenging activities,
children discover who they are and inherent strengths and abilities they may have.

Total Conditioning Be physically challenged in this advanced fitness class
that focuses on form, technique and fun! Mondays, April 7-June 16 6:00pm-7:00pm
Ages 7-13, 10 Week Session $95 Tumbling
1 Get an introduction to gymnastics skills through proper progressions
and drills. Flexibility and strength included. Saturdays,
April 5 - June 7 10:00am - 11:00am, Ages 6 - 10, 10 Week Session $95 Cheer
Tumbling Get your conditioning act together as you experience the challenge
of tumbling in this advanced class. Sport specific conditioning and flexibility
included. Saturdays, April 5 - June 7 10:00am - 11:15am Ages 8 and up,
10 week session, $120 *Late registration available, class fees prorated based
on number of classes remaining | SUMMER

Week Session, $70 | SUMMER
CAMPS Session
1, On The Move This camp will focus on movement exploration. Through tumbling,
fun games and activities, the child will improve listening skills and social development.
Limited to 10 participants! Register now! June
23 - 28, 1:00pm - 4:00pm Ages 3-5 - $119 Session
2, Youth All-Sports Camp The athlete will experience different sports
in a fitness setting. Each day will present a new sport and new skills in a fun
and challenging atmosphere. Identify your strengths and learn new skills! Athletes
will be split into 2 groups based on age and/or skill level. July
7 - 11, 1:00 - 4:00pm Ages 6 - 9, Ages 9 - 13 - $109 |
